Apprenticeships
Are you having trouble finding qualified talent with the skills and expertise you need for your business? If so, apprenticeship may be worth considering.
An apprenticeship is a combination of on-the-job training and related classroom instruction through which workers learn the practical and theoretical aspects of a highly skilled occupation. Apprenticeship programs can be sponsored by individual employers, joint employer and labor groups, and/or employer associations.
If you’d like to start a discussion about developing an apprenticeship program, contact your R7B Business Solutions Professionals.
